FAQ
Shipping takes one week on average and orders are shipped out every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information provided. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before movement is reflected on the tracking status. Enter the tracking code on the tracking page on our website which is found in the navigation menu.
All returns must be approved by OFFIDEX within 30 days. Just shoot us an email at info@offidex.com and we will assist you through the process!
We typically process returns within 3 business days of receipt. After a return has been inspected by our staff, a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit card provider to process the refund.
We offer a 30 day risk free return on all our EasyDex Workstations in their original packaging. As long as you return your item to us in new condition in the original packaging, we will refund you in full. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you are having troubles setting up the EasyDex™ Workstation, pleaser refer to the following tips and guide.
1. The hubs/ports that enable charging and power are located underneath the top layer of the EasyDex™ Workstation.
2. Any hub/port labeled DC 5V functions power of the EasyDex™ Workstation. This means, the side hubs/ports will not charge, nor will the wireless Qi charging pad, unless the DC-5V ports/hubs are plugged in to a power source. All cables are included in the package.
3. Any hub/port labeled USB 3.0 functions the data-transmitter + receiver. The USB 3.0 port/hub is to be connected by a cable that plugs into the Workstation, and the other wide of the cord into a monitor, laptop, desktop, port adapter, or any other device that has data transfer capabilities.
4. To ensure the Workstation has power, there will be a small blue light on the side of the Workstation where the 4 hubs/ports are.
